have the Adobe Premiere Pro 1.0 version. There are in Premiere Pro 2.0, in any case, the possibility of being cut window on the entire 2nd Laying monitor, or synonymous to the TV, the s.der graphics card is connected. Can you tell me how I can do it in Premiere Pro 1.0, or whether that's possible!? In the playback features, I think, unfortunately, because nothing!
With the button "CONF" you can actually make full screen. But this is not synonymous in Premiere, but I think that's normal, right?

the problem is not that I can control any two monitors with my Radeon 9700 Pro of Sapphire. The question was where can I find the button that I'm just as full screen on my video screen meinem 2 Monitor had. In addition there was the Adobe summer school at least one button (Pro 2.0) ... But it is indeed interesting to see how all this has developed over time.
How the issue at that time with the two monitors had been resolved, I can not remember! But I think it had something to do with the fact that I did not have 2 identical monitors or something like that. But it has worked out very well!
