Infoseite // Adobe software package to get wrong

Frage von glider_pilot:

Hello.

I have the beginning of last year, the student version of the Adobe Production Premium CS5 of order. Now towards the end of the year I was thinking that I would prefer to have Windows and have included contact with Adobe. Synonymous has everything worked out fine, I have my old license was destroyed and the new road, but I saw when I opened the package I got the Design Premium. So I resumed contact with Adobe and the error reported. I was told that the correct version would be sent to me and the wrong pick.
Okay, so far so good. The new version was synonymous, but the wrong RECOURSE lie here and was not collected.
So much for history.
Now the software package is still around here, with the return number on it and after repeated requests synonymous with Adobe this package has still not been collected. (About 1 month ago, maybe a bit more)

What do I do s.besten? As long call at Adobe, until it is finally picked up or can I sell the software after a certain time? Since this is not a product is, which is designed for students and students, but a license key in the box is present, so that should not be too difficult.

Much text, but I hope to help. Thank you once before.

I would not sell, especially not after you have half the world to know what you have before. You have the right to a license that you can use synonymous. I had to sign a sworn declaration ähnlcihen situation that I have destroyed the unnecessary software and do not use all the CDs and numbers.

If you sell on it and Adobe is, the serial number is likely to be locked and you not only with Adobe, but synonymous with the buyer with a problem.

I thought so.
This statement, I had to sign Adobe synonymous.
Then I'll probably just call again and have to wait until they pick it up.
