Hi Folks,
Sorry, I had already asked the question in General post-production, although it belongs here. Had noticed it too late, I'm currently a little panic, because I am under time pressure.
So if I have two widescreen AVI clips are displayed in Premiere Pro 1.5 as a widescreen, inviting in After Effects 6.5, create a new composition with the following preferences:
 Pal D1 / DV widescreen 720 x 576
 Width 720
 Height 576
Pixel aspect ratio D1 / DV widescreen (1.42)
Tick away at: aspect ratio limit of 5:4
In After Effects, I edit the clips and export as an AVI file in order to invite them back into Premiere and afterwards further use there will be imported into Premiere composition only in 5:4 aspect ratio display.
Perhaps some white, as I found out the clips from After Effects as widescreen?
 I'm with my Latin s.end.

Have just found the solution myself.
One should first render the whole thing before it spends again.

jomiho So isses. And if you have to do it more often, would be with you to upgrade to Premiere Pro 2.0 and AE 7.0 recommended ...... :-)
Since it can premiere the AE render projects (same render engine)
