I have recently brought a Nikon D5000 and with the settings 720p/24p first recording was made. As I explain myself just synonymous with After Effects begin, I wanted to try a few shots equal time to process, but this failed when attempting to import a video.

Is this a software problem or is s.den shots of the Nikon D5000?
I've been trying to inform me about the problem, but the only answers I have found, show that all recordings must be umkonvertieren ... in view of the bulk of the shots coming, but this will hardly be compatible with the associated ... time, and synonymous with my desire to convert every single good shots individually.
If I have erred here in the forum on the topic, so I apologize. Just maybe a problem bear the Nikon D5000 longer synonymous with a specific software for this camera for general knowledge.

What version of After Effects with you? Do not know whether the D5000 receives a different, but the MJPG format my D90 is detected in After Effects CS4 very well.

I have After Effects 7.0 Pro ... Maybe I need to procure synonymous me a newer version if the old version of the avi. not able to import files ...
but it must nonetheless be synonymous another possibility

Probably in After Effects 7.0, the MJPG codec is not there yet, so the avi files can not be opened. In another forum someone had the same problem.
