It is possible to convert with After Effects, Photshop, or in conjunction with ImageReady videos in as high quality animated gifs?
I hope I'll have it fully explained.

what do you expect for a quality of gifs? it's just left with a limited color space. if it's for the web should be, then take it. flv to the flash integration, wmv, or quicktime ....
