Infoseite // After cutting an AVI file Picture and Sound is not synchronously

Frage von Jack Bauer:

Hello everybody!

Hope this help me with the problem mentioned in the title can anyone help. But even before that, a few details:
I have an AVI file (this includes a DVIX video - and an MP3 audio stream) with the program MPEG Streamclip (for MAC) geschnitten. Is an in and Out point, then "Save As ..." is selected, file name, and you're done. Synonymous everything went great. When I looked into it but the outcome did, I had noted in the course of the movie the sound is no longer adapted to the Picture. On approach, everything is OK, s.Ende asynchronously. In the original file is not so. This is 100% okay.

Now had tried to cut as part MOV secure (you can select when you save). Since there were no asynchronität in the movie. Everything ran as it should be.
Unfortunately, I would cut parts of the film rather than AVI, because it is synonymous to other systems to run. With MOV yes you can play more problems.

Have tried to find a solution, unfortunately, has not worked. But since most of the Google links in this forum that I very much hope that someone can give a tip.

Thanks in advance,
Jack Bauer

None has an idea what's wrong and what you can do on the other hand?

This is most likely s.der variable bitrate MP3 soundtrack (if it is VBR).

Since the Audiotonspur definitely helps as MP3 with CBR (constant bitrate) save (before you cut it!).

Tommyb Hello!

Thanks for the tip. Have look at the settings of MPEG Streamclip after such option compatriots. As is unfortunately the only option for VBR and an entry of "Slow rendering called.
Where both options turned on, it seems to be working.
In any event, in the short test, I just carried out.
Be still my morning detail.
But again thanks for the tip!
