Is apparently broke.
On the audio track is a stacked amplifier hum, sometimes synonymous which still varies slightly in its frequency.
There is a higher sound or bass hum.

not repeat the recording, unfortunately.
There may or filter plug-ins for Premiere, or perhaps a sound editor with which I can filter out the noise or minimize. (Perhaps especially) for hum
