I am about to bring back the whole lot, simply because nothing works.
Actually, I want to dub only an old holiday video (on VHS tape) on my PC and then burn a DVD.
VCR: TEVION (Aldi) with 2 SCART connectors, antenna and no-output, 2 audio outputs (white and red).
PC: 2.8 GHz processor, 512 MB RAM, ATI graphics card (Radeon 7000-Series). 6 USB inputs (2.0)
Both devices I have connected with one device PINNACLE "Dazzle Digital Video Creator 90" with Studio 9 QuickStart (software). On the VCR "Scart / Video / dependent S-Video / audio adapter, which I have set to" output ". From there, I have the yellow with the yellow, red with the red and white with the white connector on the "Dazzle connected". An S-video cable I have not unfortunately.
The audio signal is easily s.and synonymous can be edited. The video signal is not, unfortunately. The software I have already set to Composite (Video input).
Can someone please give me a hint, how do I get the whole lot up and running.
Thanks in advance.

hi, I had the same problem in principle,
with s-video cable it works, in any case (for me at least) you can leave audio on chinch
with coaxial if you have one entrance, it should work s.pc synonymous, then have to move the channel 36 can be adjusted in the software but which you s.rf wheel s.videorekorder still need to turn what

if the recorder is a VHS recorder (not Super VHS), then s.der scart socket is very likely not have a Y / C signal. If the recorder but with a "Scart / Video / S-Video / audio adapter" and a Y / C cable is connected, then the picture is transmitted only black and white.
What surprises me s.Michaels Description: While it will not convey any picture, but on the sound. If the scart adapter set incorrectly (he really would have to "Input" or "IN" are), then it would not synonymous audio.
@ Guest "Schandmaul"(?): If you are with a TV card digitalisierst, which has only one input Y / C, then this port in the software usually can be switched, ie you can be synonymous with a Y / C cable, "normal video signals" (= composite = composite) transferred.
