I would like to integrate a project for an animated bar chart graphic. Similar to the diagrams in elections where to build the various beams in succession.
Is that all, or directly in the Avid because we need a program like After Effects?
Are there any freeware tools with which one may create such animations and then you can import into the Avid synonymous and can play?

Male only time you the background you want, and then all the beams, each as a separate layer. Previously beautiful calculate the pixel dimensions. Then if you save only with the background Picture 1, Picture 2 with the first bar, Picture 3 with first and second bar, and then next. Then you cut it all behind in the timeline and a matching roll editing is so build up the beams, for example, of the bottom.
