Hello Börni,
There are different ways depending on the C4D scene and DV material are more or less appropriate:
1.) If it's just a matter of inserting an object rendered animated (moving) goes, will always be in front of the DV movie, you can easily with alpha channel (for example, as a TIF sequence) and in rausrendern Premiere imortieren.
2.) If you are the object of two videos (at least where the front has an alpha channel), you need to re-rausrendern with alpha channel and paste it either in between two tracks, or Premiere (but when it comes to complex level structures) is insert into After Effects.
3.) If you are the movement of the C4D scene-camera s.The the DV camera to adjust want, need with additional tools (eg: Icarus, which was once freeware extract) the motion and then apply to your scene-camera .
4.) If 3rd want to go one step next, so that the object is to interact with the DV content, you need to coordinate with the rotation sensitivity was on the animation, need, for example with blue / green screen (although the actors and the director a lot of practice).
5.) If you have created a scene that will serve as background for a gekeyten DV movie, the scene can simply (lossless synonymous) without alpha (probably even before then there is no rausrendern) and After Effects (or Premiere) With the foreground compose.

Hope some of these examples describe your problem. Otherwise, please enter in the future more accurately, it's what you want and what is your question.

Greeting
