Automatic scene detection for dubbing of SonyHC7E on PC

Dear community forum have very much wanted, but not really found something understandable, maybe you can help, I'm not an experienced filmmaker.
I have approximately 5h footage on tape of a SonyHDR HC7E in HDR quality. When capturn with Nero, I have noticed that there is no automatic scene detection is done, a cut and sift through for me hopeless.
From the imagery, I would like some short films (max 2min) but create a lot of short scenes.
Is there a program available to me during this scene detection capturn conveniently allows no preference what it costs.
if not I hack it off

Is there - and it's FREE!
It is called "sony picture utility" and is located on the Cam with the supplied CD. They include the "Picture Motion Browser" and a tool with the name of "Import of the Handycam" - that you need to start and under Settings / Video division at the hook "at the beginning of each new recording video file to start" set - working in HDV and DV mode.

as we see in adobe premiere auto recognize a scene? if I record something, the program the tape 60min with a single file on

premiere no automatic scene detection, at least not with HDR, unfortunately.

I think the kanns synonymous not only with time stamps. Now, for my part, I can only say with the Picture Sonyand the browser works, again thanks
