I was at a meeting several video interviews and led to the error of the recordings in a fairly noisy foyer to make.
Question: Can you filter or background discussions, the voice of the interviewee reinforce? I work with Adobe Premiere.

Not more than with an equalizer. Voice is then somewhere in the range 1 KHz to 5 KHz.

Filter out background noise, each in a specific, fixed frequency range, which is not with the frequencies of the voices overlap, it is feasible - good software and plenty of experience (; or lucky ...) required. As with you (; good) equalizers are doing very well.
In interviews, the background filter out
calls, as in your case, is synonymous Professionals (; great) difficulty. This is synonymous but depending on how big the difference between the peak levels of interviews and background discussions is. Since then, it is with EQ alone is not enough.
