Betacam SP have a band and would like to edit it in FCE. In what format should I leave it to me digitizer so I get the best qualified? *. mov?

With FCE you are really only DV or Apple Intermediate format.
The digitizer creates s.besten DV.

FCE is not processed uncompressed video, ie DV.
