Infoseite // Blackmagic Intensity HDMI

Frage von flocke:

Hello,

I am looking for a camera with the following characteristics:
- HD 720p 50Hz
- HDMI Output
- Sharp picture and good wide-angle

It is important that the recording must be progressive, because the frames are further processed and s.PC otherwise interlacing artifacts when movements. 720 because the only 1080 interlaced Intensity can exploit.

Currently, I use the SonyHDR SR1E, but when in 1080i mode significant artifacts occur.

Can anyone in my search for the optimal camera help? Thank you.

Hmm so the intensity can only use 1080 does not quite have times of 720/60p material via a JVC HD201 HDV recorder in Final Cut Pro imported. At 50 frames is a bit complicated. The motion artifacts come your SR1 more of the very powerful AVCHD compression synonymous and the HDMI signal is pre-compressed. There are very few cameras are only the Picture s.den HDMI or YUV to pass and then abschliesend in AVCHD or HDV compress. This includes the FX7/V1, XH-A1/G1 / XL-H1, HVX200 and the HD201/251. And the XL-H1 and the HD251 its signal via HD-SDI pass.
Important would be synonymous for you in what format you want to record; 8Bit Uncompressed, Apple HighRes, DVC PRO HD or JPEG2000 yet?
What content is important that you hopefully have a big raid to the formats with the synonymous safe cutting.
Oh, and a CameraLink exactly how you've called the top there is as yet not.

To test whether the HDMI output is compressed or not, I have two identical test shots of the same duration and the outcome s.PC with the same program / codec are recorded. The first recording with maximum compression of the Camera and the second with minimal. Ultimately, both files were exactly the same size. Speaks so much that the HDMI of the compression is not affected.

I would like as 8bit uncompressed format - however, the individual frames are not recorded, but serve only as an input for a program and are then virtually discarded.

@ Flocke

So I was somewhat indistinct words. The path of the data via HDMI is uncompressed. How many of usually assumed, the HDMI interface as a Serial or USB is Firewire.
This is not the case because HDMI or DVI(D IGITAL V isual I nterface) a digital graphic interface.
The problem lies in the camera, the data before it goes to the HDMI interface in the AVCHD Fromat then changed and then again in an 8-bit 4:2:2 signal is changed again, because the screen AVCHD as a pure data stream would not recognize.
If you are still not understood, then you just buy a video asset times or so, because that's all beautifully described with pictures.

Unfortunately, I have your post until just seen. If I understand correctly, the CANON A1 so its HDMI signal without the detour via the intenrnen from Mpeg encoder. You know how it behaves with the farbsampling. Is the camera then a HDMI Compliant yuv 4:2:2 out. Since A1 already exist we would all stop below 10000 euros

Unfortunately, I question your "vidoaktiv" do not buy, because I work in Shanghai

Antwort von Valentino:

So as far as I know, the XH-A1 no HDMI output, but only a YUV output s.dem but a signal should be 4:2:2. HDMI outputs, only the Sony FX7 and V1 models, synonymous with the Consumer Model of Canon, the HV20 has a HDMI output, but I do not have the exact coding sequences internal know.
