On 28 March finds s.der Mannheim University for the fourth time the Low & No-Budget Short Film Festival ClipAward instead. You can s.sofort you with your short films, animations and music videos with us.
The Competition is divided into two parts: In addition to the category of short film 'synonymous to compete in the category, music video' for the favor of the audience. On the meaning of the name "ClipAward" the candidates have all freedom in the choice of form, content and format of their shorts. The only restriction - the clips may not be longer than 12 minutes.
ClipAward is a Low & No Budget Short Film Festival and is directed primarily s.unabhängige. Therefore, the film features neither in the context of a film student rotated, nor by a Funding was financed and the amount of 500 euros per minute is not exceeded.
