Hi Folks,
had a short film as a mov. File received, which has just over 15 minutes at 2GB. Was with a Panasonic HVX-Cam filmed, edited in Final Cut Pro and exported directly without having to convert. I know that was rotated at 720p.
Unfortunately, none of my Programs will open the file:
Final Cut Xpress 4.0.1 can not download the codec, but plays the sound.
Quicktime plays the sound, but makes the image black. When HDV 720p25 codec is specified.
Premiere CS4 4.2.0 does not have a suitable codec (though in fact it supports all P2-format) and loads the file do not even try
AE CS4 opens the thing, but plays only the sound synonymous s.and makes the picture black.
VLC can play the file!! But do not convert? Among information he gives in compressor but nothing at all ...
What can it be for a format, or how I get the load?

On the Mac, I've only time was only ffmpegX, and it shows when I load the file, "UNREC_KEY" s.and No Video and No Audio ...
And when I go to the source of info, I get the following message:

Does that have next?
Because I get the installation of ffmpeg just not there (I'm still not working with Linux, or with this standard installation routines ...

and then "sudo port install ffmpeg" finished.
