Hello!
I'm on the search for an HD camera for underwater shots.
Important are good low light properties and the availability of a housing.
I already have the SonyCX550 envisaged, since it should have very good low light capability, also a good WW. The HC9 would still synonymous in question.
I do not know if I will eventually not synonymous'd like more manual controls. The FX1 would be priced synonymous still in the frame, but the housing (Gates) costs significantly more.
For advice and alternatives, I am very grateful!

I have the sports pack of Sony HC96 With my use and would be selling. So the current Sonys will work with the since the Cam on the AV ordinary times Lanc transferred. What would you still synonymous in question would be a mini-jack on NEN resoldering 2.5 mm times, then you could still relevant and support use of Canon cams all the other protocol. The times I had purchased my opinion, but as a precaution. But now that I am nervous with Dslr films it is around here.

Looked at some aspects could toxitobi as they do of course already mentioned VDSLR sense.
LowLight is very good at that
Via PicttureProfilen can collect the underwater color cast
Wide Angle are virtually no limits set
Photos could be made synonymous still so super
On the other side, of course, has a normal Cam the advantage that it has autofocus and synonymous quite well for "s.Land" can serve images.

I imagine pulling Focus under water just simply not available. Are there underwater housing for DSLRs offer such a thing?
My body is holding the original of Sonyda fits my 550d not clean, let alone a focusing device.

Yes there for quite a number s.verschiedenen UW Housings for DSLR.
You can synonymous manual focussing.
Containing important is the cams or housing can receive light that is needed urgently s.ca 10m. Even in the Caribbean ;-)
You have to remember containing only the NEN Housing and Lights same time 3 - cost 5000 ¬! Especially light's just expensive or the batteries to it.
Underwater photography and filming is really worth it - especially if you live directly s.tollen dive sites ;-)
