Depends on what you value and put what you want to record so.

With a PAL camcorder with standard resolution (ie no HDV device) always lands just 420,000 pixels on the storage media. If the camcorder more, they serve for still photographs, electronic Image Stabilization and capture the unknowing buyer.

That could become a MiniDVs in the GS180, GS230 and GS320, which in this price class, but sometimes synonymous offered significantly cheaper. Good camcorder, they are all three: Their differences in detail and reports of experience you can help with the search function here in the forum to read.

No, not for everyone. Decide must itself own any. "Live" has nunmal many questions in my link and it will surely find some answers.

I have this camera now since 7 months, and I would buy it again today. From the requirements and price it fits me.
