Hello,
I am with you and other pages loaded a bit of what your camcorder is concerned.
Perhaps just off the front:
I go for a year to Florida and would like of course there a lot of film, etc.
Now I thought I only buy me a Mini, but I am no longer quite so sure.
Can the movies on a HDV camcorder to be really not, or only in lower quality if you look at converting to PAL?
At the moment I do not have any HD or otherwise comparable television, but I want the stuff so a few years later, still synonymous with good quality and the possibly look on a HD Television
What would you recommend me, the camcorder is especially for landscape photography, parties and city trips are hergenommen.
These things should be on a laptop to be archived ...
price is rather secondary.

I am with you and some other pages read I think you do not, because otherwise you would have synonymous have to read that there is always a question of budget.

So I will not stop 800 EUR for a camcorder output, which is not mature, or for me where I head after s.den long, because the quality is so bad ...

If you are not in a very short time to change. Otherwise you do you say 8 years in a HD Television s.and the Camera is perhaps now in Arxxx.

These things should be on a laptop to be archived ... You mean "on"? For long-term archiving and cutting back on tape (MiniDV) off. Safer and cheaper is not currently.
Summary: HDV Camera (recommend Sony, the FX1 is unfortunately no longer manufactured, may be needed?); MiniDV as storage media. Hands off of AVCHD.

Even on "normal" TV looks very good!
Mir gehts but not about the camera in 8 years could destroy, but to the movies in better quality synonymous in the future to be able! And I suspect this is with an HDV camera probably be better than its normal MiniDV.
In relation to the long-term archiving, however, did you right.
One thing I am, however, synonymous thoughtful, that is capturing with 1:1 speed. hmmm
