The SonyHC 1000 still has a focus + zoom (at least in one) - should it become synonymous barely, as 2004/2005er Model.
Yes with Canon in the video sector is not everyone happy - especially annoying are the self-noise, yes MVX 45i is not a bad camera - for me anyway Pana GS 500 the king of consumer boxes - from our own experience if the current models up to 1000 ¬ so in moves.
Since the 45er much cheaper to acquire than the GS 500, you can even consider.
