Infoseite // Camcorders rather buy on Ebay U.S.??

I noticed that the camcorder, the United States had offered on eBay (of course, just search for PAL) devices are comparatively cheaper than here in Germany or Europe in general ..

Would you recommend me to buy, or rather not?
How does it look like with shipping, customs and due to überweisung / pay-pal??

To your list I would add to the warranty and that you'd have to send the camcorder in order to guarantee repair back to the U.S., if something should be so.
