Infoseite // Canon DC210 - 2 h record video directly to your PC?

Frage von lara_1982:

Hello,

I have a Canon DC210 and hope I was not too early to decide ... Because what I want to make is this:

A video (on site) include approximately 2 hours duration. It makes sense to the data should be directly transferred to the PC during the recording, since the mini-DVDs are not as long as you. Ie, I would be recording on DVD.

Is there a possibility? How could I use the data to the PC? With which program (simple and straightforward) can I work? I'm not a lot of extras, but simply to this possibility, some two hours, without the disk each time.

I'm curious whether you have an idea for me did!

Thank you!

Lara

Exsate DV Capture Live is a way synonymous.

ScopeBox 2 of Divergentmedia goes well (synonymous for MAC).
Trial is here:

Tips in your honor, but the DC210 has no USB or Firewire, so that these programs are not so easy is likely to be usable.

Hm, that I wanted to avoid;)

So the matter is unfortunately not so simple.

The camera has so much as an AV connector. If there were possibly going to have a chance?

USB has been synonymous but they are, otherwise they would be so useless ;-))

Thus you have described very elegantly that it is useless ;-) The DC210 has really only an AV output, but no USB. Who does not believe (I could only not synonymous), which may wish to technical data on the homepage or in the manual to read.

Could I imagine hardly synonymous and therefore too little on the technical data compatriots! Well, there's nothing to me so upset to death. Even though it is very annoying ... But who does not exactly look and asks too little or too late only to punish the living.
As a new must have her. It is still not as good as needed, just for testing. To return, it is already too "old" (few months).

While we are here not in the purchase advice, but maybe you can give me a tip for a simple affordable successor camera, which actually only 2 hours directly to the PC must be able to film - and one connected MicroStation would still good.

Well, because that would be like with such an A / D converter Duzzle ala Hollywood Bridge? Power are not synonymous uA A / D? ... I have no data at hand, but there sure colleagues know off the a few models ... that would probably be very expensive (?) as a new Camera.
Or what is with an analog A / V input card for your PC, which can not be all over the world cost?

Antwort von lara_1982:

Thanks Wolfgang, a card would be still a possibility? I would be very glad if you give me an example that you could call.

I've gegoogelt and think it's worth it financially unsustainable. A map appears to me useful ...

@ Lara_1982
Hi Laura,
That always depends on how your PC is designed, dehalb would be an external solution is not bad if you have an input:

As for the PC card, I would have time with the PC Dealers speak ... certainly has a few cheap parts in stock, not all cost the world ...
