Canon EOS 5D Mark II: New firmware update 24, 25 or 30 frames!

Krefeld, 20 October 2009. Due to high demand of photographers and filmmakers is now a new firmware update for the popular EOS 5D Mark II with Canon in development. The new firware will make possible the recording of full HD video in 1080p with either 24, 25 or 30 frames per second. Available, the update is expected in the 1st Half of 2010.
Very big movies Introduced in September 2009 EOS 5D Mark II was the first digital SLR camera, which was synonymous, the recording of full HD video in 1080p possible, which offers especially photojournalists, photographers and filmmakers, new creative possibilities.
A particular focus since then Canon has placed on improving the movie function to meet the demands of the market. The first firmware update has already made the manual control of aperture, shutter speed and sensitivity possible. With the new firmware update will make it possible synonymous, the EOS 5D Mark II as well as the EOS 7D and EOS 1D Mark IV adjustable frame rates of 24, 25 or 30 frames per second in full-HDMovie mode.
The update is expected in the 1st Half of 2010 to be available. Further details will be communicated separately.

Based on which your info? There are already rumors and a lot of otherwise your statements are so much more "blurred"! ;)
That would be synonymous, the third update of the firmware and the 5D mk2 was introduced a year earlier as of you specify.

Ok, that explains why it has sounded like an ad! From a commercial point of view this makes good sense for Canon. Finally, they need with the 7D and the new 1D mk4 once earning a little money. The 5D mk2 with further improvements would be as safe kontroproduktiv.
