Frage von Karamalz:

Hello,

I am now since the owner of a Canon HF11.

Obviously I like everything durchprobiert times and I have noticed 3 things that I wish you time to ask whether the normal or at least for the entire series are available or whether my device may be a problem.

Problem No. 1:

Following s.PC: HF11 shows on the display s.dass during the operation s.PC no off, no mode change is possible, etc and if you do not plug or USB times may draw. So far so good, BUT: As soon as I s.PC to Remove Hardware "and click the two canon-drives away, still nothing happens, I can not even turn off the Camera mode, the camera still detects all that they are no longer connected is. Since I had not dared the USB cable and subtracted off synonymous was not possible, then I have the PC as a stopgap off.

Gibts bei euch synonymous these problems or how to remove s.optimalsten the Camera from your PC?

Problem No. 2:

Automatic White Balance: If I for example, in the living room on the Television Camera believe leads to the White Balance by correctly, then it remains in this color but "hang" even if I intervening in a manual mode and then switch back to the AWB back colors will always be wrong. Only by turning off and does the AWB again.

Problem No. 3:

Focus: But that is probably not a problem. And when I use the optical zoom up to have objects at a distance less than 50 cm are no longer sharp asked. That could be but for optical reasons normal?

Would you appreciate if you give me some information you could give:)

Many greetings

I know the HF11, but it sounds in fact normal or even after a very good close focus at the maximum telephoto setting. In wide-field camera on the other hand, would have to be much closer to (1cm? 2cm? 5cm?) Objects can focus.

Gruß Bernd E.
