Hello folks!
So, I have ordered my s.Mittwoch Canon HV20 Camera of an online shipping (if I do not know the name of the company name may) get and it has a defect. The display button is pushed in irgenwie (blocked), so it may be impossible to press. I called there and they have told me that I should send for repair. I understand that what is not true or should I now received the defective unit or Money (transit) to pay? I'm actually somewhat pitted, since I have extra for my vacation in 10 days pending bought. What should I do?

PS: It is normal that the display ads (like eg.: Time) constantly tremble a bit?

Normally there is a returns label for such cases, did you not? To pay you nothing. So I speak of a return to exchange s.den Dealers, not s.den Manufacturer for repair.

Reputable shops offer shipping usually synonymous a fundamental right to return (from grace, I believe, without real reason). That should do prior to the Purchase ensured.

NO! You set yourself with the seller in connection, and follow exactly what you say. A reputable company will be similar to what I already wrote up next.

There is again a perfect example for an online purchase. No direct contact, no Leihkamera, not a direct swap, possibly of a previous existing customers as a new selling Camera (display button broken sounds very much later) - I know the things as a seller.

But you live in Austria or where the dealer comes from?

So in Germany you can theoretically Camera in the first 6 months of the defect yet to return or exchange a new one.

The 14 days after the date of purchase but must apply for Austria synonymous.
