'm Not a video professional, but make very many small family or vacation spots with the
Canon Ixus 30th Now it would be nice if it were to play our DVD player (hard discs recorder) the things (on a CD burned) s.TV.
That I have but the
AVI files, eg convert into a
DIVX format (or burn but complete (S) VCDs, but I would prefer the first option, because then the vacation videos ablegbar on Fetsplatte would be).
I have tried various SW (AVI2MPEG, Magix, etc.) but I am not yet satisfied:
either by converting the sound OK and the picture has become much worse, or vice versa.
Is there any software that would recommend for me?

The lies will really only s.Deinen settings.
A relatively simple program with various pre-defined quality levels is of the Divx-makers themselves: http://www.divx.com/divx/converter/
On the page you can find ne free trial version. Maybe it works with the better!

I take as a video-compression DivX5 as audio-compression mp3
