Good day,
some three years ago, I was already here for a camera to find. We then eventually bought the MV 750i, which we leave for a few films before and all things movies totally gave our granddaughter. Now, the Camera since autumn unused. Today I wanted to activate it again, but it shows both in the Studio Viewfinder, as synonymous to the display only vertical blue-brown streaks, depending on the background lighter or darker. They will do everything in bright light through a horizontal Stereifen divided into two parts, with a dark background of this strip disappears. More I do not see. All this happens attitude synonymous with "Still Image". The sound works. The troubleshooting the manual gave me nothing, an option to reset, I have the settings synonymous not found.

I had the colored stripes with its MV730i. However, already about 6 months after acquisition.

Not that this "expert" diagnosis must be really true.
Since the warranty is 3 years has lapsed and the model is not necessarily a (rather expensive) repair at their own expense is worth, remains perhaps the only way a new Camera.

thank you for your reply. However, I forgot to write that the playback of previously recorded works easily shoot. This in my first post described only happens now if I want to record shows and of course play only the recorded strips.

(Unfortunately English) .. supposedly will find this error on grace, whatever warranty status repaired.
"It has been confirmed that the connecting parts of the internal wiring of the CCD used in affected products may become disconnected, especially if the affected products are stored or used in high-temperature and high-humidity environments."
Internal wiring of the CCD suffers at high temperatures or high humidity (perhaps near the heater is stored?).
So would I, if necessary with reference to the article in the next Canon Support Center requests.
The article is from Asia, but that is synonymous the Camera:)

Press your thumb has helped, I have the camera today in a Canon-made workshop. It was reviewed, and it is this, of Canon described error (internal CCD image sensor wiring solved). It will be repaired free of charge and me in about 14 days back to you.
I want to say that I've used the search, probably with the wrong terms.
