Dannacher I simply put the memory card into my card reader and the films so rueber loaded. Would it help if I were to load the smallest of the short films anywhere high?

Thus there are no MPEG videos or you could open it with the Windows Media Player but are. Mov (then do you need
Antwort von oliver II:
Is that a video camera or a camera (I think the model unfortunately nowhere)?
Antwort von DjDino (Toth Dominik):
Sorry, my reply was a bit premature.
've Checked, they're MPEG movies with the SD630.
If the camera properly recognized in Device Manager? :
System Properties-> Hardware-> Device Manager> Imaging Devices-> listed there?
If not, it may be that your USB detection has problems.
There is now a par for USB XP updates that may help:

and
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=a1decd8d-f955-4767-b372-d30dd6ad3194&DisplayLang=de
Or (if synonymous with XP very unlikely) you need a drivers for the Canon Camera.Mal Online nachschaun Support or on the Drivers CD.
The Scanner and Camera Wizard for often builds crap.
When the camera is detected properly should be in the workplace
a new drive (= aufscheinen the memory of the camera)
where the films are in a folder in it.
Otherwise, look at times in there:

It is a Fotoapperat.
The files have the extension AVI and can be opened with nothing, not even with VLC, with whom I can open :-( eigenlich all of the Canon codec required I've already synonymous, but nothing goes ...
Antwort von DjDino (Toth Dominik):
Loading such a file once with the Windows Media Player (media player open and load out of there) and then go there to file (File -> Properties) (Properties), there should be at "video codec" making it possible for a accurate. The AVI files can be different codecs inside stecken.Möglicherweise will help you this: if a codec you http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/forpros/format/codecdownload.aspx is missing or damaged.

Windows Media Player can not play the file. Maybe the player does not support the file type or does not support the codec that was used to compress the file.

Antwort von DjDino:
So the video file is clearly corrupt. I have tried it with Windows Media Player, RealPlayer, IrfanView and the players, even MAGIX Video Deluxe, they can neither show nor import.
The media player stürtzt when you open with a memory address of injury from error, RealPlayer crashed after IrfanView Player reports (an unknown video format but what a wrong interpretation of the damaged file to be expected) and MAGIX VDL not react at all.
Maybe you can tell the file (s) but with an AVI-Reparierer again hinbekommen: http://www.risingresearch.com/en/dvr/
I guess that the camera or memory card for that matter is broken if they are permanently useless movie files it erzeugt.Ob s.der card is you can test by adding views a video on the internal memory of the camera are capturing and then reads them.
Perhaps it is incorrect s.einer (pre-) formatting the memory card (with time) to reformat the camera.
Otherwise s.zur repair with the Camera (warranty).
