We would like to purchase a new HD camcorder Canon XF300 for our film project.
If the movie data easily transferable to a PC through CF card, to edit the film with these scenes in the PC editing software Pinncale Studio 14 easily?
The menu setting of the camera is unfortunately in English. There's the menu setting of the camera synonymous in German Language? See, I can not speak English.

Hi,
I've been short (proud) owner of a Canon XF300.
First recordings were made and I'll check it out if my Pinnacle Studio 14 can process the data.
The menu is in English, the documentation supplied is synonymous in German Language and the functions are available in my opinion very well described.

can not imagine that it is not in the display setup the language could be changed to German
So menu ... Display Setup ... Language, German then choose that was similar in all Canon's so ... (XLH1, XHA1, etc. ..)

Language can be set to German.
I also noticed that not everything is translated.
