Infoseite // Canon XH A1 presets

Frage von julia w.:

Hi, I have a Canon XH-A1 increased. Because I started with the picture was not so lucky, I have to go searching for presets. The of Wolfgang / fxsupport are so praised.
How do I use a? Generally, the rotation during the day in the Hellen-3db preset settings? If I use the gain switch to M (6dB) point, the preset for 6 dB gain and when the preset H 12 dB?
In addition fxsupport states, AGC off (logical) and AWB to ON. What happens if I take with AWB with the presets for daylight or art work?

Contribution from the mod in the category "Canon XH-A1/G1/XL-H1" postponed.

How to use the presets you've already figured out correctly. AWB is responsible for the automatic white balance, but you can just work with the presets or manual implement these ...

Hello!

The gain you need s.Tag definitely not. It enhances the brightness of the camera but there is an image synonymous noise (white points in Kriesel Picture) does not send out. the Gain all you need is if the lighting conditions when Rotate is not enough. But as I said we are qualified to bid lower.
Otherwise the gain settings so ok. I have the high gain at 18db.

The preset for tungsten is approximately 3200K for daylight in the 5600K
Generally you are going so very well under normal exterior and interior lighting conditions, but a manual white balance is always safe. Also try it out if you are from outside with artificial Presset work and if you are inside with daylight or with preset working Tageslichtpreset in Abenddämerung then you will see what happens. The color of your images is changing, you know no more correct.

A gain of-3dB "enhances the signal, but weakens it off - that he will be used if it is bright.

I knew not yet that s.GAin synonymous light abschächen can. I personally would not do, because you gain inside with the Camera that is only the received signal LECTRONIC further processed. This must in my opinion a disadvantage. I'd always with 0db gain in normal and synonymous with very bright lighting conditions. When too much light can be the incoming signal with the Aperture, ND filter and with the shutter control. I can not imagine the hell it may be that these options do not suffice. So my tip: During the day, always in the bright 0db. and the brightness control as described above.

Why give you this recommendation s.wenn You obviously do not know about?
Of course, makes the XH A1 in daylight and enough light-3db in the best pictures! Because 0db is the Picture griesliger visible. Other Manufacturer Gainstufe Incidentally, this is now synonymous for.

0 db gain does not mean that the signal is not strengthened, but it is the "normal" gain of this system. For Pros values will be more enhanced at lower values Cons.
The currents generated by the chip are so small that they are in any case need to be strengthened.
