Not know exactly what you want.
The first hit on google ("Tutorial Premiere Pro"):
No one here says you basically a program that is in itself very complex. This makes little sense synonymous.
Invest in even a Book of Galileo design, the next will help secure; synonymous in doubt the DVDs of Video2Brain

Well, if you have zero clue, then that is indeed the case as the question "I got a car here and want to go on holiday now have, but zero idea how to do it ...." ... -
Basically you need to connect your cam with the computer via Firewire, then start Premiere and select in the sequence settings HDV 1080i25 (50i). Then the footage capturn - it is then as mpeg in the project window.. The whole thing then drag to the timeline and go to edit on it funny. If the film is finished, then output via Adobe Media Encoder to the desired format. Is actually quite simple ;-)))
You might have a friend who knows you and explains the basics. Otherwise, read the manual because everything is described in considerable detail.

Who have basic knowledge is missing, which is very fast little too complex ....
How did you connect the cam, in which status is it? Just take the user guide her and look after what you have done if you want to play material into a PC!
