Hi!
I have a Canon XL1 and now was the video head defective. My insurance for something like a jump and I sent the camera s.meinen Dealers (Avento media technology Krefeld). This dealer is probably defective product next to a repair man. According to the repair man (Audio Video Clinik Krefeld - or something like that) has the Canon factory in Belgium?? Delivery problems. This first week of May are now already are (the people have my camera).
For my shooting, I must now always lend me a camera.
Can it really be this takes so long? Why order the factory Belgium? Has anyone ever had similar experiences? What are my rights? Hoping for some more clarity. And my baby is back home soon :-)
