Hello!
Ebay had a Canon uc v 200 ersteigert.Ich unfortunately had to identify the vendor is a par information has done wrong.
Instead Hi8 video camera, the 8 and one output S_Video the camera seems to not have to be synonymous.
Well have not been paid, and so wanted to ask:
Is it much better than Hi8 Video 8, the camera has an S-Video (Hosiden input / output )??,, what can I do with the existing USB 2.0 port, could be the video directly to hard drive capturing?
FOr your help and info on the Cam, I'd appreciate it!

Hello Didi 222,
if we can trust the website, then it is a Hi 8 camera. Hi, Helical and 8 is a further development of Video 8 with much better quality.

Have not checked with Canon and received the following address for all interested older models:

So it is no Hi8 if I correctly interpret the format (tape type 8 (p5))
As for me, but now I let the fingers of analog and fetch me like a digicam.
