I have a few little problems with capturing.
My Cam = Panasonic NV-GS27
PC = AMD XP 64 3200 + with 512MB of RAM
Firewire runs, Cam can be controlled.
Stuck on Adobe Elements 1.0 ->, spins, crashes, droppt Frames
Adobe Elements 2.0 -> even worse
WinDV -> Droppt bulky frames
Scenalyzer -> Droppt Frames
Virtual Dub -> Insert Frames .... ?
Sowas is normal? The loss s.Frames?
CPU utilization at 19% is okay, my records are fast (RAID 0 with 2x 200GB )....

Sometimes get along synonymous DV codec Manufacturer no different. Look at (Win XP) Computer-> Control Panel-> Sounds and
Audio Devices-> hardware, which are installed with you. And check in Device Manager to see if the hard drive settings are wrong.

I suspect that your windows is not quite round running or you run many background processes, which become noticeable at 512MB!

So today I exchanged the camera.
The camera was no longer detected s.zwei other computers and afterwards s.meinem no longer synonymous.
I got a 1:1 Neutausch. The new cam will mucken recognized without problems and without droppt and 0 frames.
Apparently, there was production technology which is not ok ......
