I hope you can help me next. I have bought recently SonyHC96E. I really fully satisfied but I have effortlessly after capturing the movies on the Windows media player or in the studio Ulead Stillimage open.
With the included software I can watch the videos, I want it but in Ulead, with Windows Media Player or Irfan View, it means that it is a wrong file.
How can I change the file?

First I installed the included program of sony.
I have the camcorder connected via USB cable s.laptop.
