I'm on the search for a simple editing program (Adobe Premiere Elements, etc.) in which different video sizes (especially SD 4:3 and 16:9) can be easily cut together.
The program should be easy to bring functionality and at least the basics of a cutting program, but can otherwise be a very simple one.
Since I am not versed in this area, it would be great if I could give the experts a short list. Freeware would, of course, the hammer ;-).
With thanks in advance.

4-3 photos and videos in 16:9 projects should actually can work around any program, the only question is how easily and with what effort. A list I have not, but with 10 or Nero or Cyberlink Power Director Magix Movie Edit Pro should go like clockwork.
One should keep in mind when editing in the case of photos from different formats, however. Without loss of image is not technically possible, unless you distort the images. In today's high-resolution photos of the cutting edges should not be a problem. For videos, the problem is similar, except that it has no reserves.

can in fact any video editing software. if you only sd-use any material, suffice synonymous an older version. I would, however, video material with different aspect ratio mix is limited. if you scalierst the 4:3 video, you lose the top and / or bottom s.bildinhalt. Moreover, the video quality will suffer from the scaling.
