Infoseite // Chopped Picture - How to refer / you avoid these aberrations?

Frage von Frankie:

Moin,
When viewing of the various camcorder-Recording has always struck me a picture of errors - both expensive camcorders cheap, however, as synonymous with.

Describe the error you can not so easily, it is so ne Art Bildzucken short, the picture is cut horizontally, usually occurs on fast pans.

Good to see you, it can in this video, there it struck me as particularly

Does anybody know how it is? is because as the video was encoded prior to upload?

Thank you. gruß

Are you working with Windows XP?
Or do you have a Windows Vista / Windows 7 without the Aero interface?

That what you see there is called tearing and knew the man of "those days" when the first Direct 3D games came on the market and just this effect occurred.

The reason is quite simple: The computer generated 60 frames are sent to s.den monitor. The problem is that often the first produced in the PC frame is sent while s.den monitor, but this awaits the second frame. Difficult to explain, but there is a problem of synchronization between the PC graphics card AND monitor.

This problem was then solved with a feature called "Vsync", more "Verticalsync. That was true for card games and could be realized only in the use of Direct 3D and the graphics. Video players could access it for some time but not until later, which creates a so-called overlay on Direct X (Direct 3D running) and the video image sent s.The graphics card, which in turn created a 3D plane which was synchronized with the monitor (but only the video area, the rest not).

Now we have at the present time is a problem: Video players who have run on flash-based no direct access to the graphics card and can not be synchronized - that is synonymous for the player who is on Youtube.

The problem with Windows XP systems, because there the surface (desktop) card is still calculated on a non-synchronized part of the 2D graphics. Starting with Windows Vista (with Aero), the desktop because of the effects will be fully charged on the card graphics and synchronized according to a Direct 3D level with the monitor.

Incidentally, this problem occurs not only in videos on it synonymous with normal flash animations. It is independent of how many frames the video when motion is in there, it is noticeable. Alternatively, you can once synonymous to open an Explorer window on the full stretch of the Height of your monitor and make it very narrow. Move with the mouse then quickly back and forth across (left / right) and you'll also see tearing.

That's all the magic and they can only resolve s.Vista.

Honestly - I do not know exactly what mistakes you think. A "tug" I do not see there. As can be seen throughout many compression artifacts, which is pretty normal for low data rate. Then I see moiré on the radiator, which is often synonymous to occur and is pure physics. Cheap cameras can compensate for bad sowas. What I find much more fun, this is the astreine CW s.end reception of the film. I hope the time someone decipher?

Oha

Thanks for the replies. In fact, I still use Windows XP, and the with the Explorer window is also true. Then I upload the video well done wrong and it is s.meinem OS. Explain yes, then this is not synonymous tearing could see the pianist, then probably used Vista or 7 ..

Which probably means something like "Agent Null Null Nix meet you tomorrow at the usual time with Aunt Anna at the usual place."
