My Project, I could now open After Effects, but since there is no transparency. The alpha channel is present (as synonymous animation), but separately. How do I now change the channel on the movie?

sorry that you had seen with the separate alpha film have problems.
This is of course within after effects to be resolved.
habs just not on ...
but should form with mask and / or alpha mask mode or so
