Infoseite // Compatibility Zoom recorder and Rode VideoMic Directional Shotgun Richtmi

Frage von Gotcha:

The title says it all, I would like the Microphone "Rode VideoMic Directional Shotgun Directional Microphone", and buy an external recording device the zoom h2 recorder, because the drive noise to disturb me with my camera in my shooting extreme.

If the two devices work together? And if not, what the Micro would run with the device?

Does the course, but
Rode first VideoMic I would not take. It has pretty bad reviews. The Rode Stereo VideoMic is much better, but just not a shotgun directional microphone.
Why a second external recording device? With a good micro you hear any drive noise. Also makes a lot of effort in cutting. Or has your Micro Camera no input?

This is rubbish .... synonymous with good mics you hear drive noise and the Gegriffel s.der Camera ......

The Rode VideoMic is a very popular microphone in the low-budget sector and not without reason. So less than 100 ¬ a definite buy recommendation. The Rode Stereo Video Mic is just something else .... Stereo microphone but have you even s.Zoom already good so I think it's Stereo Video Mic also meaningless. ....

You may think of times in the direction Rode NTG 1 or 2 and Zoom H4?

I offer just a Sennheiser ME80 for 100 ¬ ... that was in the nineties, the reference:)

Also, I've seen on the Internet several comparative tests, and can not really find so much negative. The offered quality enough for me really.
Would this microphone be really compatible with all editions of the zoom range (1,2,4)?

May I ask how you came to this conclusion, and where did you read the bad reviews?

I use privately for my little DV camera for years and is synonymous the Rode VideoMic there really is not much negative to say except that every few years time would replace the rubber of the mount because they wear out with time to do something ... is not an act

Otherwise, manual gepegelt a mini blender ala BeachTek completely usable sound for the price.
