Hi,
now it is far and Christmas is really unstoppable at the door ... and I'm degree while I make my own Christmas present to his feet: As it already stands above it should be a new cutting machine since my old (; now almost 5 years old) but now is very s.seine limits ... above all the HD material to make him create much!

Sun .. that would be erstma the components! If you all would be counted together since then at about 3000 ¬ ... what my price limit is absolutely synonymous! But it will already be besere Komonenten so I can use this calculator synonymous again the next 4-5 years!
He is wirlich used exclusively for the video processing with the programs Avid Media Composer 5 and the Adobe CS5 Suite ...

If you already spend 3K, then at least nim ne Intel CPU.
The graphics card I find oversized, with the SSDs I have taken of Intel. After the plate should only be occupied by 60GB, I suggest you two plates.

AVID I can judge, but Grakas for 200, - ¬ for example, are supported through 460er Hack synonymous with CS5 with CUDA.

The look is no preference for me personally, as the Calculator in the "cabinet" position.
Important to me was the heat and the concept space. The housing comes standard with 4 fans and is expandable to 7 or 8, prepared for water cooling And. ... has a chimney effect. Waste heat goes up in a natural way out instead of down. There is already great.
The case is actually a real chunk. Is, in terms of size with a Hummer H1 to compare:)

If you compare to CORES course, then there is your CPU Comparison.
In terms of performance the 1100T is equal to each Core i7 870 (and both cost a similar amount).

And what is with the cpu's?? 1. Plate: I'm synonymous, that's enough for me, the 80s, but in no time on the 50GB drive - create applications simply synonymous like something from the system disk.
2. GraKa: That's a line in the text file that lists the supported CUDA Grakas. Do you find x-times referred to forums.adobe.com.
3. Pick one from Just under http://cpubenchmark.net/high_end_cpus.html. Economically mE CPUs are currently around 300 dollars, or i875 or i950.

Hard disks so s.Performance lose, because they work because of the "outside to the inside of" writing technique. This is pure physics, because the speed s.den outer sectors of the disk / disc s.schnellsten course. But this only decreases the write speed, but not the reading speed of the previously written data (it is similar to CD / DVD, are the only "of the inside out").
SSDs operate on an entirely different principle. Since nothing moves and the sectors can be read independently from the controller of the filling of the neighboring sectors. SSD is usually. a composite of several memory chips, a small RAID so to speak. Only when the SSD is really full (90%), then it is bad with the speed - but certainly not at 50%.

Windows was and is a "selbstverspeisendes" system. If you "only" with 30GB calculate, you are quickly s.Ende of the story arrived, without having even started with the work.
Generally you should have on Vista / 7 at least 100 GB on the system partition. Less is recommended only if all the backup services are switched off.
When it comes to you just mad your Windows/CS5 zustarten quickly, then cross to the SSD. If you prefer to have a reasonable PL money, rather then a normal hard drive. A 500GB drive the Caviar Black series would be quite sufficient and would have more than enough air.
I mean hey ... how often can you boot up his calculator s.Tag and how often do you do that with CS5 while working? If the box of course abschmiert all the time, then the SSD is worth does.
