Container convertible (mov -..> Avi) but codec (H.264) maintained?

Hi, found via search nothing, neither Google nor right here in the forum, so I ask again:
Have several clips from an HD camera as encoded h.264. MOV files got out '. Now I would like to. Avi convert, but without that with the actual video data is done something, is it me just about to replace the container format. The background is that I intend to cut the first with DV-AVI-files "offline" and then later in a high-Project (Premiere can even sequences of different size) to re-link the clips - just with the HD content. By that I not do this at about 80 clips make manual must - as I would have to do it, if the "offline" data are avi and the "online" data-mov -... I would like as my HD data avi , but it is without loss of quality, without "real" change. Someone got an idea (a tool), how can I achieve this? Respectively. I realize then what that something is not of the video is encoded again but this really just the container format is changed?

Mpeg4 H.264 is the QT container. Export this with 100% quality. If the new compressed, with a loss of quality, artifacts? That would be tested. Anyway, it's probably not much smoother than the original Movs which you cut in Premiere. If your calculator out here because of the compression, more would be an intermediate (such as DNxHD) is recommended.

First, of course, compare to view example, both play with VLC, make with AltGr + print screen shots and split screen view, the two recordings. Properties on the file sizes compare. Compare with a video-analysis software other parameters. WoWus wait for an answer ;-)))

Search tip in this encoding Progis always write with "2" in between, there for quite a latte s.Freeware Progis the so-called eg DVD2AVI or as just here looking for the MOV2AVI
