Following, I have made with my Contour HD 1080p finger camera a few days ago crazy shots in a practice room where she was working perfectly. BEEP BEEP s.and from all super! I arrived home I installed the pictures in my Project and the Micro SD card, as usual, made empty again. I format the card and which has of course always synonymous always worked perfectly.
Now I prepared my equipment last Friday for another use before and noticed that the camera no longer worked as usual. Not so good!
The problem is that the camera no longer creates the root folder on the SD card and therefore not absorb when we put aside the switch. After I had soaked through the wide world of the Internet I found that the LED indicator light does not light up the card but still of the camera is detected as it makes its 3X BEEP when the SD card steals.
You can store files on it synonymous.

I can vaguely remember that a "Settings" file should be as a text file on the card for time / date and recording setting. If you've formatted the card, this file is of course also gone.
I once had two Contour HD simultaneously in use and you just found of the error described. An exchange of the battery fixed the problem.

What do the battery so that the? No clue. Battery 1: Camera does not start. Battery 2: Camera starts. Both were fully and fairly new.
I do a damn what the Battery had to do with the plight - the fact is: it helped ;-)
