I think not that you can make as much. You have to decide exactly what you want to show, the lights in all their glory, or the environment. You could, of course Mask (video frame by frame of course) and the individual areas pull down. Is gar nich sooo big effort when not much is moving

The contrast range that a camera can handle, is fairly fixed. Aperture means that you can affect what content best picture (!) Are exposed, it was already written.
