Converter Datavideo DAC-200 or Canopus ADVC-300?

Frage von tbc67:
November 2006

Hello!
I already have several hours with searches and read in this forum spent (and much synonymous Useful found), but I'm still not sure what converter should I growth.
About the ADVC-300, I have plenty of info (not just here), but to

Hello,

I have only (!) an ADVC-300 and therefore no comparison to the DAC-200. The description on the website video data after it is a device which features more of with the Canopus ADVC-110 is comparable.

If your recorder has already made a TBC, it is a TBC when A / D converter sooo not important (*). The adjustable noise filter and a subsequent influence on the Kantenaufsteilung, I would still not want to do. The talks also for the ADVC-300 (one way, synonymous

All clear, precise on this point I was not sure whether that be should / could / must / should.
Have until now with the Hauppauge PVR-350 captured (MPEG2), but from ~ 70 minutes ran Sound and Picture apart, what you see again 'hinbiegen' can be synonymous but quite time consuming.
I have so far only experience with the PVR-350, but some tapes in front of me, so seems the ADVC-300 is the better choice to be and hopefully is worth his money.

Thanks for your answer!

Warding times ... where we are already so beautiful are gathered:

in Avid XPress Pro 4.3, I have with the ADVC-300 after a certain
Season (play of the timeline), a not inconsiderable Picture sound offset.
One can see approximately 3-5 minutes, then it will be clear.
Setting audio locked or not is absolutely no preference, whether the sound synonymous
ADVC or from the sound card is taken (with Sound on Sound
it seems to me, however, that it * slightly * longer synch remains).
With 'desktop play delay' and all other settings I have already
played around without Effect.

A second cut calculator, synonymous XPress Pro 4.3, however, as DV - Converter
an ADS Pyro A / V Link (synonymous with locked audio - Feature) shows exactly the
same symptom.

Any hints?

Thank you very much,

M.

Not really. That this problem rather than with the computers connected with the transducers, should you ever have tested ... (Converter s.andere computer hanged).

Occasionally I read here that some computer systems can Picture-/Tonversatz produce a solution but I have not s.hoc ready.
