Would like for the use of music in the film a contract template.
What could stand in there just as a MUST --
Author, title, possibly synonymous, how to use many seconds of each title will be released and in what context the film. Distribution law, etc.
Suppose that is Gema-free Music tape without a label, so the contract directly with the tape itself can be made.
And if you would have had all synonymous in English, and it would be great (!!!)

Do not worry.
The contract will provide you the owner of the rights, you must sign and pay.

That someone who makes music and has even less knowledge of rights than I do, I should submit a completed contract, vague, I doubt it.
I am interested synonymous for the future, as I do if I do with someone who is not in any label that would fix anything contractually!
