Hi! I cut out quite a while now searching for a way, and similar figures from videos and indeed in this style:

So far I have individual pictures in Photoshop with roughly cut paths and then imported as a sequence in AE, which lasts eeeewig: D
It must go as fast as possible because it is much material to process that I want to play for the accuracy (as one so in the video) provides little role.
Do not have to be AE if another way is more effective.

AE CS5 and rotobrush, but this looks much better than in the clip ;-))
