Hi All,
maybe someone knows of you, the multi-cut feature in PowerDirector.
So I can quickly break down easily and thus a clip into multiple components (=) more in - and Out-brands.
In Final Cut Pro 7, I am not yet grown beyond what I can show a clip with a number of In - and Out-brands. I can only put one in an out-and-brand brand.
Have I missed something here or is there some other functionality?

Have I missed something here or is there some other functionality? No and yes. A large cut into many small clip is an alternative workflow for logging before the batch capture, of me, "called Rückwärtsloggen.
You bet i + o.
You press command + u create (subclip).
You have a meaningful name (possibly running Number: 001ff for example) into the input box to auto open (bringing the clip name in the browser) an.
You confirm with Rückführtaste.
Looking for a new clip with the beginning jkl.
You insert a new i-dot. Since there can be only one per clip, delete the old new car. The new i shall be synonymous in time before the old o, ie there are so many overlaps possible, however you want, without being confusing. Convenient, eh?
