Only nürde but I like the films s.Anfang and s.Ende prune, and remove the advertising.

These recommended tools are good, most synonymous nor free. Request something video knowledge-able.
Perhaps easier to use are the many AVI-Cutter/Joiner Programs that need to buy there. Look for Xilisoft.
