I'm pretty confused, what the Resolutionvon DV in 4:3 or 16:9 is concerned. That

- About Played 4:3-shots of my computer - have 720 × 576 pixels. 16:9-recordings but synonymous.
- My Schnittprog Magix Video Deluxe offers the following HD NTSC and PAL film settings: 4:3 with 720 × 576 and 16:9 with 720 × 576th

DV is always 720x576 pixels with before. The only thing that changes is a meta-specification, namely the aspect ratio. This is either 4:3 or 16:9.
Does such a file s.PC s.in a player of this meta-information can be read, then he stretches the picture according to the data.
At 4:3, the picture to 768x576 pixels are stretched so that it is correctly displayed (720x576 would be too slight lead heads eggs).
When 16:9 is stretched to 1024x576. So much relating to "Play s.PC".
The correct aspect ratio of DV (1.4568 to 1.0926 at 16:9 and 4:3 times I leave off, are already confused enough;)
And now to the questions:
s.Schneide your Project in accordance with the targets (ie as 16:9 or even 4:3 Project) and export it as a DVD. Magix should be a normal DVD, which then synonymous correctly s.Television displayed. The important thing is just a project to use 16:9 if you have 16:9 recordings.
b) Either exportierst to the whole in a higher resolution:
1024x576 at 16:9
768x576 at 4:3
or in a lower resolution:
720x400 for 16:9
720x544 for 4:3
If you just nachrechnest, then softest of you from my result (if correct calculation produces 720x405 and 720x540). This is calculated correctly, the codec, however, have resolutions that can divide by 16

With the WMV9 codec 720x404 seems to be the preferred, or at least alter other entries according to Magix, but that is no preference.
I suppose also indicate that a Exporting 1024x576 with the video by the magnification could be blurred, or?

It depends on the Skalieralgorithmus to. When runterskalieren you will lose picture information, while upscaling which are interpolated.
If both are not the best - you have to look at yourself what do you like better.
WMV corrected the settings because it is the 404 pixels forces. In principle, it is not synonymous with all major problem, as long as the numbers are.
