I've previously only DV and have made cuts but for the first time a concert of 3 recordings.

The output format should be a normal DVD (ie not Bluray or HD-kind). Editing software is Premiere Pro.
Moreover, I would like to retain the option with the HDV recording, etc. filter on transformation s.and be retrofitted to zoom.
How should I proceed now s.besten?

Or has someone else ideas? As I said with as HDV is still not an experience I would have voted for a few tips appreciated.
My main question is this: How big is the difference between:

[*: 29c350b23c] in HDV Project filters with zoom, create transitions and only afterwards to DV down sample.
[*: 29c350b23c] HDV to DV first down traffic lights and then processed normally.

If between these two variants on the normal quality DVD little difference can be seen, I will be for performance reasons rather first down lights.
Hardware mäßig I Core 2 Duo 6850 - 2 GB of RAM. 500 GB SATA.

Because it explicitly provides only a DVD:
# HDV as HDV capture
# DV as DV capture
# Create new DV Project
Project # in all DV clips purely drag, cut, zoom, adjust 4:3 to 16:9 or vice versa
# DVD Export
If it is HD then look to be:
# HDV as HDV capture
# DV as DV capture
# Create new HDV Project
# HDV Project in all the clips inside draw, cut, DV only slightly more pure cut (between short cuts or BiB), with zoom is nothing more, 16:9 is given
# As the Blu-ray, or appropriate file export
